The Dual Career Entrepreneurship training equipped over 200 professionals from 3 MDAs: the Uganda Prisons Service, the Ministry of Water and Environment, and Butabika Hospital, with practical tools for achieving financial independence beyond formal employment.
Participants explored money management, investing, and entrepreneurial thinking, while undergoing key mindset shifts around wealth creation and financial discipline. Our expected outcomes of this training were to improve financial awareness and planning, increase confidence in income diversification and to encourage participants to create and manage multiple income streams while maintaining productivity at their jobs.
